Following the outbreak of the Covid-19 virus, we would like to confirm our position regarding business operations at Insight Law whilst the outbreak continues.
We have been following WHO and Government guidelines and have structured a plan that focusses on the health and wellbeing of our employees and also, our clients.
We want to keep everyone as safe as possible whilst continuing to provide our usual professional service and as such we have ensured that our staff are aware of the risks and symptoms of the Coronavirus and how to mitigate them.
With this in mind, following Government guidelines, we would respectfully ask that for the foreseeable future clients do not physically attend our offices for the sake of their own personal safety and ours. Wherever possible please contact our staff either by telephone or email. Post should only be used when absolutely necessary, please.
To minimise the risk of spreading the infection, from Tuesday, 17th March, all staff from both the Cardiff and Bristol offices will be working remotely for the time being whilst continuing to monitor the situation and acting accordingly. A system is in place for the collection and distribution of post to staff working remotely.
All Insight Law employees work on a hosted desktop in the cloud and this ensures that confidential information and personal data remains secure and that the service we can provide to our clients can continue.
Clients can be reassured that there will be no interruption to our workflow.
You will still be able to reach us via our usual contact telephone numbers, however, during these concerning times, it is still very much a case of business as usual for Insight Law.
We shall be in regular contact with you but take this opportunity to wish all our clients, contacts and suppliers the very best of health.
