Conveyancing in Cardiff & Bristol

Lucy qualified as a solicitor in 2013, having worked as a paralegal in residential conveyancing since 2009.

She has extensive experience working in high-volume conveyancing departments for law firms across England and Wales, having recently come from a Partnership role at a well-respected Bristol firm.

Lucy joined Insight Law in October 2019 and is based in the Bristol Office.

Debora obtained a law degree in 1998 and subsequently qualified as a Graduate of Cilex in 2000. After taking some time out to raise a family, Debora returned to law working in commercial conveyancing, making the transition to residential conveyancing in 2018. Debora joined the residential conveyancing team in May 2021 and is hoping to complete the Cilex Fellow qualification later this year.

Marina completed her Law Degree in June 2011. She worked as a Legal Secretary for 5 years in a small law firm in Bristol before joining our Residential Property Team in June 2021.

Currently, Marina assists our Residential Team with a variety of tasks from file opening to completion and post-completion.

Marina is a fluent Russian speaker and is currently learning French.

Caroline started her legal career in 2001 at a large firm in Cardiff. After taking some time off to care for her children, she re-entered the workforce as an Admin Assistant in 2018. In 2021, she joined the Insight Law Residential Team as a Paralegal and was promoted to the position of Conveyancer in 2022.
Outside of work, Caroline enjoys spending time with her loved ones and travelling to warmer, sunnier climates.

Honor joined Insight Law in March 2022 as a Paralegal and currently works in the Residential Team.

She is responsible for a variety of tasks such as assisting the Residential Team with the management and progression of their caseloads. Honor is on hand to support the department/partners in the provision of legal services by providing legal and administrative assistance to both the team and clients.

This is Honor’s first role within the legal sector and is looking forward to progressing and furthering her knowledge within the sector.

Grace obtained her LLB Law degree in 2014 and proceeded to obtain a MSc Management degree after receiving a scholarship. She has since successfully passed the CLC Conveyancing Law and Practice exam.

Grace’s previous experience includes working for both smaller firms, as well as multinational law practices. In 2019, Grace joined Insight Law as a residential Conveyancer, based in the Cardiff office.

Now, with almost a decade of experience in residential conveyancing, Grace enjoys helping individual clients with a variety of property needs, including:

• Shared Ownership
• Auction Purchases
• Right to Buy Purchases
• Re-Mortgages
• Transfers of Equity

Ella began working as a Paralegal in April 2018, in a remortgage department where she handled her own caseload, before moving on to work in a post-completion department in another firm.

Ella joined Insight Law in April 2021 as a Paralegal within our Residential Department and she hopes to gain more experience and develop her knowledge in residential sale and purchase transactions. She is currently completing the CLC level 4 diploma in conveyancing law and practice.

Ella’s role is to assist the fee earners in the residential team and also deals with her own sale files.

Nicole joined Insight Law in 2019 as a Paralegal in the Residential Property Team following experience at a medium sized law firm within Bristol. Her main roles at that time were assisting Fee-Earners and dealing with post completion formalities. Nicole commenced her training contract in March 2023 completing seats in both Residential Property and Buy to Let. Nicole qualified into the Residential Department in September 2024 and is based within our Bristol office specialising in all areas of residential conveyancing including purchases and sales of freehold/leasehold properties, new build properties, shared ownership & re-mortgages/transfer of equities.

Amelia started her legal career by completing an apprenticeship within a high street firm in Scotland, where she worked as a Legal Administrator and later progressed to the position of Legal Secretary. Whilst there, she focused on Conveyancing, but also provided assistance with Guardianships, Wills, and Powers of Attorney. After relocating back to Wales, she joined Insight Law in October 2024 as a Paralegal and currently works within the Residential Team.

In her current role, Amelia assists both colleagues and clients by providing legal and administrative support.

Always eager to learn and grow, Amelia remains dedicated to enhancing her skills and continuing her journey in the legal field.

Annaise completed her law degree in Bristol in 2022 and is currently studying part-time for a Master’s in Law and Practice.
Prior to joining our Residential Team at Insight Law, Annaise gained valuable experience working at a conveyancing firm in Wiltshire. Additionally, Annaise spent 3 years working in Probate Law, further expanding her legal knowledge.
Annaise aspires to become a qualified solicitor and continues to build on her skills and experience to achieve this goal.
