Great communication throughout – our solicitor for the recent purchase of our first house was professional throughout. On a Monday morning we discovered, completely out of the blue, that if we couldn’t complete by that Friday the vendor would pull out. We hadn’t even had the Homebuyers Report survey and mortgage valuation done, the date booked in for that being two weeks away.
