We are delighted to announce the promotion of Olivia Kitchen from Senior Associate to Director at Insight Law with effect from 1st February 2026.
Throughout her time at the firm, Olivia has proved her willingness to dig in and work exceptionally hard for the specialist Buy To Let team and the wider firm and has also worked tirelessly for her clients. As a result, she has deservedly built an excellent reputation in the market for her legal knowledge, attention to detail and client service.
As part of the firm’s commitment to growth and the career progression and development of its staff, Olivia has risen through the ranks at the firm, from Solicitor to Senior Associate and now to Director. Olivia will continue in her role as Deputy Head of the Buy to Let team.
Director at Insight Law and Head of the Buy to Let team, Jon Smart, who has worked closely with Olivia, had this to say:
