We’re delighted to announce that we have upgraded our telephone system’s software to ensure that we further improve on the standard of customer service we provide to all our clients.
Here at Insight Law we like to say that ‘we talk property’ due to our focus on, and knowledge of, all things property related in the legal world. We’ve built our reputation as a team of property specialists and, for residential transactions or commercial conveyancing, we really do go the extra mile for our clients at all times ensuring regular, useful and clear communication. But sometimes getting to your conveyancer hasn’t been as easy as you’d like, so we’ve listened to your feedback and have made a few small changes that we believe will deliver the service you’ve come to expect from us.
As of today Monday 1st October all team members will have a direct dial telephone number ensuring that you can contact your conveyancer directly for a progress update or to share information.
All of the numbers are available on the Meet the Team page of our website and will also be shown on all the paperwork you receive from us.
We really hope that this will allow for even faster responses and further supports our drive to speed up the conveyancing process whilst continuing to offer the great service you expect.
