Over the past few months, we’ve recruited various new members of staff in order to service our ever-increasing number of instructions. We only recruit the best and our clients have and will continue to benefit from this over the coming years.
We believe that attitude is everything so we focus on identifying individuals that will help us to deliver great service, communicate effectively and use their knowledge and expertise to achieve results and deliver on promises.
Our specialist Buy To Let team has seen three new additions recently to deal with the increased level of new instructions being received - with Olivia Kitchen (Solicitor) & Georgia Diaz (Solicitor) joining Insight Law earlier in the year. Alicia Thomas (Administration Assistant) also transferred teams from Commercial to Buy To Let in order to assist with the growing administrative demands of the department.
Magdalena Stecka (Solicitor), Luci-May Williams (Paralegal) & Megan Richards (Legal Assistant) have all joined our Commercial Property department across both offices to ensure our client service levels remain at their peak with increased volume from our corporate clientele.
Despite a challenging and uncertain market, our Residential Property team has seen increased strength through the appointment of Lucy Mason, joining us as a Partner & Head of the Residential department in Bristol. Rhodri Howells (Associate Solicitor), Grace Woollard (Conveyancer) & Nicole Hunt (Paralegal) also join our residential teams in both Cardiff & Bristol, carrying forward our motto ‘We talk property’.
We’ve also added a new marketing resource to the team with Ryan Price (Marketing Assistant) joining us in June. Ryan is responsible for assisting with all our outbound marketing communications, including keeping our website updated and engaging and leading the firm’s continuing brand exposure efforts.
The firm has developed substantially over the past year, by securing large corporate contracts and appointments of key members of staff to continue to deliver the exceptional level of client service and communication the firm works extremely hard to provide. We’re thrilled to possess quality across all our specialist property teams and look forward to what 2020 has in store.
Simon Fox, one of the senior and founding Partners of Insight Law commented:
“We’re extremely proud of what we have achieved this past year, despite the protracted uncertainty in the property market. Our specialist Buy To Let and Commercial Property teams in particular have seen a steady increase in the volume and quality of instructions as the year has progressed and that’s a real credit to the strength and quality of the team to deliver on our promises and go the extra mile for our clients.”
